It took a while, but ever since I caved in and let Stacey have a cellphone, it's been all downhill.

P.S. Before I could finish this entry, YouTube had recognized the copyrighted content ("Born to Be Wild" by Steppenwolf) and sent me an email saying it was okay to continue using it based on the copyright owner's policy to allow its use on YT....now, that IS technology run amok...

April Fool's Day

Today was April Fool's Day. I live for this day....sometimes I go BIG....sometimes I go small. Today was just a run-of-the-mill day - no changing all the clocks in the house, no contrivances about my son's health, no funny business with an online publication's press releases... we had fun with the computer (upside downed the screen, hid all the desktop icons, which made the wife and kids go crazy), we gave a t-sipper false hopes that his team had been reinstated in the NCAA Final Four by way of an ineligible Memphis player causing their team to forfeit its win (ha!)...nothing earth shaking....this year. :-)
